New Clients

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the intake form.

Late Arrivals / Cancellations

​

Massage Times will not be adjusted for late arrivals, and clients will still be held responsible for 100% of original fees. 

​

Clients who arrive late to three appointments without prior warning will be charged an extra $10 at time of booking future appointments.

​

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

​

Clients who cancel more than twice outside of allotted courtesy time will no longer be accepted.

Groupon

Groupon is for new clients only!

Have voucher number ready at time of booking.

​

Cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of Groupon.
