Foot Reflexology
A method of Traditional Chinese Medicine, foot reflexology has been practiced for thousands of years to promote overall wellness. Each foot contains over 18,000 nerve endings that connect with the different organs and pathways of the body. The practitioner uses their thumbs and fingers to stimulate specific areas on the feet, encouraging the removal of toxins, stimulation of the nervous system, increased blood-flow, and improved function of the body's different glands and organs. Dee's unique sessions include wrapping the feet in warm towels while performing various Thai massage techniques to the feet and lower body, ankle mobility stretching, and light breathing exercises to open the energy channels of the body at the beginning of each reflexology treatment. It is advised not to eat 2 hours prior to appointment for best results!
